Luxurious & modern room, with a mini bar, satellite TV, and climate control. Great and fab location to Green Point Park...

Check-in took an excessive amount of time, forcing us to wait almost two hours in the bar, unnecessary given the hotel was not busy. The housekeeping service was inconsistent. I experienced no turndown service for two nights, and when I finally received it, the room was still not properly cleaned. To make matters worse, I found a charge for a hotel car that I did not book upon departure. The service did not meet the expectations set by the hotel's luxury branding.

The service was exceptional, I was offered a delicious breakfast with great views. Location: the hotel was very close to the V&A waterfront. And it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Whimpy - V&a Waterfront, ate there couple of times.

The Marina Table Mountain King Room impresses with fresh décor and a fine view of the iconic mountain. The pool area, surrounded by vibrant gardens, caters well to relaxation after exploring the nearby waterfront, awesome for a decent escape.
Check-in took an unnecessarily long time, with a wait of about two hours despite the hotel being almost empty. The noise level from birds in the Islands rooms can be disruptive during the night, which might affect sleep quality. The presence of non-residents excessively posing in the bar area during busy times can detract from the hotel's exquisite environment, giving it a bit of a cheap vibe.

Well-appointed rooms with very comfy beds and wake-up service. The magnificent view to the harbor from its windows. Fab location in a really beautiful area not far from the shop, the waterfront, and all the restaurants and shops.

The design of one & only is fine, especially the lobby. Our marina table mountain queen room was cozy, and the huge balcony added extra charm. Breakfast was delicious, with friendly service from rafeeka. My son loved the kid's room, and the spa island is a must-visit for relaxation.

Absolute luxury. Great service, great staff. Everyone made us feel special - upgrade of our suite, rose petals, stunning rooms. Everything was so great and relaxing. The proximity of the hotel to all the life of the Waterfront was also a great plus.
What is there not to like.

Pool area. Quality of rooms and all services other than conciege and catering staff.
Breakfasts not as good as other luxury or some cheaper hotels in Cape Town like the Vineyard Hotel and certain of the catering staff and some of the conciege staff inadequately trained.
